Scope of Responsibility:

The CD Manager (Perfumery Channel) is responsible for delivering net sales, volume, and market share targets for an account. The CD Manager is also responsible for establishing long term mutually beneficial relationships with Key Customers and effectively utilizing resources with a certain budget.

?

Job Responsibilities:

  • Translate sales strategies into specific operational sales objectives (e.g., pricing, distribution, and share of shelf, volume, profitability, and market share) and other key performance indicators. KPI’s include gross to net, margin, forecast accuracy, account inventory levels, out of stocks, and promotional performance.

  • Ensure “winning at the shelf” is a top priority for the team, and that 5P tactics and demand marketing initiatives are executed with excellence at the point of sale.

  • Influence customers to grow sales, improve service and identify efficiencies by utilizing new techniques, tools, and information systems.

  • Arrange customer meetings on a regular basis to set tactical goals and future activities. Ensure goals are met by means of regular analysis, store checks and audits.

  • Establish effective relationships with distributors to ensure fulfillment of customer’s orders.

  • Work with Retail Marketing to leverage trade spending and develop effective promotional and in-store programs that drive consumption off the shelf. Ensure efficient and effective use of promotional material and equipment.?

  • Conduct detailed analyses of trends (brand share, pricing, category sales, competitive products, and promotional activity) and gain customer and CP agreement for a business plan that balances the needs of the account and 红桃视频.

Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:

  • As a field technical support, provide added-value (valuable) information to stakeholders including VSR (Vet Sales Representative) and customers. By doing it, support achieving targets such as short/long-term sales, market share and BRMO (Brand Recommended Most Often) targets of Sales and Marketing teams.?

  • Build relationships with KTL (Key Thought Leader) in the areas in charge and manage the opinion leaders and stakeholders.

  • Collect ICFE (In-clinic Feeding Experience) and testimonials in major categories based on Vet Channel strategy.

  • Create and share academic materials considering the needs learnt from customer visits and food recommendation trends.

  • Give academic support to VSR and wholesalers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide added-value (valuable) and high-level academic training and information to stakeholders including VSR and customers.

  • Visit major customers with/without VSR, and provide Hill’s added-value by sharing technical information etc.

  • Continuously build and strengthen relationships with KTL collaborating with office PVA staff.

  • Create and execute necessary clinical trial protocol in order to drive sales. Also, create technical report/ in-clinic seminar tools out of the cases collected through clinical trials at KTL and give academic support to sales activities collaborating with office PVA staff.

  • Participate in PVA team meetings and share academic materials/information to the team created by considering vets’ needs and food prescription trends learnt when visiting customers.?

The Experience

?

The Customer Development Manager is responsible for achievement of Sales targets through excellence in the 5P's execution at the direct point of sale where planning CP/ Direct Retailers/ Service Providers activities is key.? They must develop and support the partnership between CP/ Direct retailers/ Service Providers at the customer’s headquarters, at the store and regional level by nurturing contacts and negotiating with buyers, merchandisers, and Store Operations/in-store personnel. They provide feedback on the in-store environment which allows rapid revision of competitive tactics.

Core Responsibilities

?

  • Monitors sales and distribution performance, particularly for new products, and taking timely action to drive continuous improvement.

  • Engages our customers to build our brands through strong alignment, selling and negotiation.

  • Regularly visits stores in order to identify areas of improvement.

  • Collaborates cross-functionally to develop and deliver strong commercial strategies and plans based on a deep understanding of our shoppers and categories.

  • Leads development of 18-month rolling, joint, “win-win” business plans (baseline and promotions) covering sales, volume, and profitability at PPG/SKU level, and incorporating customers’ objectives and strategy.

  • Monitors compliance of 5P activity execution against established agreements/objectives and tracks interim performance of 5P activities to ensure flawless execution.

  • Collects information on the external environment (e.g. competitor activity) during the promotion period.

  • Conducts post-evaluation analysis based on activity details and compares results with pre-evaluation analysis, explaining any potential differences.

  • Identifies insights from post-evaluation analyses and incorporates learning into future customer/RE strategy.

What you’ll need...

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Course or related course

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Consumer Goods/ Customer Management of key accounts (e.g. FMCG industry experience an advantage)

  • Strong drive to achieve resultsLeadership skills?

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate in a clear, focused, persuasive manner

  • Strong analytical skills?

  • Business-savvy, strong field execution and high-level of customer & trade understanding

  • Able to work well under pressure & within limited time frame

  • Active and results-driven, good negotiation skills and have a strong personality.

  • Computer literate in MS Office and Google Suite

  • Minimum supervision required

Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:

  • As a field technical support, provide added-value (valuable) information to stakeholders including VSR (Vet Sales Representative) and customers. By doing it, support achieving targets such as short/long-term sales, market share and BRMO (Brand Recommended Most Often) targets of Sales and Marketing teams.?

  • Build relationships with KTL (Key Thought Leader) in the areas in charge and manage the opinion leaders and stakeholders.

  • Collect ICFE (In-clinic Feeding Experience) and testimonials in major categories based on Vet Channel strategy.

  • Create and share academic materials considering the needs learnt from customer visits and food recommendation trends.

  • Give academic support to VSR and wholesalers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide added-value (valuable) and high-level academic training and information to stakeholders including VSR and customers.

  • Visit major customers with/without VSR, and provide Hill’s added-value by sharing technical information etc.

  • Continuously build and strengthen relationships with KTL collaborating with office PVA staff.

  • Create and execute necessary clinical trial protocol in order to drive sales. Also, create technical report/ in-clinic seminar tools out of the cases collected through clinical trials at KTL and give academic support to sales activities collaborating with office PVA staff.

  • Participate in PVA team meetings and share academic materials/information to the team created by considering vets’ needs and food prescription trends learnt when visiting customers.?

  • Share market insights to office staff

  • Collaborate with VCS (Vet Consultation Service) in charge of claims from vets. Conduct researches and collect samples and information as necessary and support solving inquiries and claims on all products.?

  • Give nutritional science lectures for veterinary schools in charge and improve engagement of next generation vets.?



Required? Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Veterinary license required (better if he/she has clinical experience on small animals)

  • Knowledge of clinical nutrition (therapeutic food) is preferable

  • Valid driver’s license

  • English skills – higher than business level (better if he/she has experience studying/working abroad)

Scope of Responsibility:

This position is responsible for developing and driving the media and digital strategy for the East West Africa Hub with the support and collaboration of the AED Division IBE and Brand Teams. The candidate will use ?digital and media to drive our core strategies - Brand Connected Experiences, Creative Excellence and data-driven performance.?

This role provides delivery for all brand, creative & media programs and actions within East West Africa; supports agency management, project delivery and management of creative and media to deliver market excellence, leadership and innovation; supports management of media investment by optimizing media productivity.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the creative, media and digital strategy for the company to drive Brand Connected Experiences, Creative Excellence and data-driven performance
  • Drive global digital and media strategies into the Hub to grow digital transformation and demand generation mindset
  • Drive strong collaboration with Division IBE and Brand
  • Co-design with the Brand leads how to grow mental availability across brands through digital & traditional media
  • Manage the delivery across holistic search, websites, social media, programmatic media, CCX, Retail Media/Digital Commerce and Creative Excellence
  • Regularly measure, analyze, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Track and manage related budgets, including opportunities to optimize/maximize ATL investments in paid/owned/earned media given synergies with offline activation and traditional media
  • Regularly identify trends and insights through credible third-party sources, sharing this with key team members to ensure broad competency development
  • Explore and discuss alternative approaches for campaigns with the agency, with particular focus on influencer marketing/KOLs
  • Manage the local agencies effectively at keeping financials in control, scope of work and organizational capabilities in place
  • Seek efficiencies in agency relationship and be in close contact.

Required Qualifications -?

  • Bachelor’s degree with Business Administration or relevant field; MBA preferable
  • Minimum 6 years of media and digital experience - agency experience a plus
