Scope of Responsibility:

This position is responsible for developing and driving the media and digital strategy for the East West Africa Hub with the support and collaboration of the AED Division IBE and Brand Teams. The candidate will use digital and media to drive our core strategies - Brand Connected Experiences, Creative Excellence and data-driven performance.

This role provides delivery for all brand, creative & media programs and actions within East West Africa; supports agency management, project delivery and management of creative and media to deliver market excellence, leadership and innovation; supports management of media investment by optimizing media productivity.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the creative, media and digital strategy for the company to drive Brand Connected Experiences, Creative Excellence and data-driven performance
  • Drive global digital and media strategies into the Hub to grow digital transformation and demand generation mindset
  • Drive strong collaboration with Division IBE and Brand
  • Co-design with the Brand leads how to grow mental availability across brands through digital & traditional media
  • Manage the delivery across holistic search, websites, social media, programmatic media, CCX, Retail Media/Digital Commerce and Creative Excellence
  • Regularly measure, analyze, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Track and manage related budgets, including opportunities to optimize/maximize ATL investments in paid/owned/earned media given synergies with offline activation and traditional media
  • Regularly identify trends and insights through credible third-party sources, sharing this with key team members to ensure broad competency development
  • Explore and discuss alternative approaches for campaigns with the agency, with particular focus on influencer marketing/KOLs
  • Manage the local agencies effectively at keeping financials in control, scope of work and organizational capabilities in place
  • Seek efficiencies in agency relationship and be in close contact.

Required Qualifications -

  • Bachelor’s degree with Business Administration or relevant field; MBA preferable
  • Minimum 6 years of media and digital experience - agency experience a plus
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing, with an excellent track record in brand management

En qualité de Responsable Régional(e), vous développez et dynamisez les clients existants du territoire tout en élargissant le portefeuille clients. The Digital Analyst will play a key role in the brand's digital strategy. This position will combine digital data analysis, e-commerce optimization, and brand image management across online channels. Additionally, it will be responsible for managing digital communication, including Community Management and Digital Public Relations, ensuring message consistency for the brand across all digital touchpoints.
This role will have a comprehensive approach to driving online sales, enhancing brand visibility, and strengthening the relationship with the digital community.

  • Digital Strategy & Planning: Collaborate on and execute the short- and long-term digital strategy for the brand, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • End-to-End Content Ownership: Own the full lifecycle of content, from researching digital trends and drafting persuasive copy to creating monthly content grids, scheduling posts, and getting manager approval.
  • Community & Influencer Management: Act as the voice of the brand, managing social media platforms, building audience loyalty, sourcing and collaborating with influencers, and ensuring continuous, timely responses to all customer inquiries.
  • Campaign & Event Execution: Lead the strategic planning, creative development (with the design team), and launch of all digital campaigns. This includes managing real-time content capture and publication for influencer events.
  • E-commerce & Sales Optimization: Implement and evaluate promotional strategies (like GWP) to drive sales and loyalty across e-retailers. Monitor and update all digital assets (images, descriptions) to guarantee brand consistency and accuracy on client e-commerce sites and the Store Locator.
  • Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor post-performance and conduct monthly results analysis across all digital actions and campaigns to provide data-driven recommendations for strategy adjustments.


Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing
  • Knowledge of Community Management strategies and Digital Public Relations (PR)
  • Experience in managing digital content and marketplaces.
  • Native spanish speaker, advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken), French is a plus


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital analysis, e-commerce, and/or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Experience in managing digital content and marketplaces.

Principais Responsabilidades:

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Media Effectiveness who will be responsible for driving transformational analytic capabilities, and enabling robust business performance.In this role you will support and enable the Marketing and Media Effectiveness (MME) roadmap. You will handle the project management of major MME studies, coordinating between 3rd party data providers, Media agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless process. You will need to have a good understanding of Syndicated, Media and POS data to identify and troubleshoot data issues. You must also have some understanding of Advanced Analytics methodologies to translate Analytics reports into insights. You must have intellectual curiosity and an attitude to learn

What You Will Do:

  • End to end Advanced Analytics project management, particularly Commercial Mix Modelling (CMM).

  • Coordinate with external 3rd party vendors and internal support teams to ensure the data inputs into the Analytic model are available and correct.

  • Pull input data for Analytics modeling from different data sources, as required, yourself

  • Build sound knowledge of Ƶ-Palmolive’s reporting systems and data sources and provide troubleshooting if necessary

  • Translate Advanced Analytics outputs into insights and implications to the business

  • Gain knowledge of our product categories and learn about new and emerging digital media data streams and Analytic methodologies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years supporting Analytics teams

  • Understanding of Point of sale data, major Syndicated data sources, Panel data and Media data

  • Comfortable working/pulling from multiple datasets and combining information in a visually appealing manner

  • Ability to manage Analytics projects from end to end

  • Ability to translate Analytics data to insights and implications

  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail

  • Demonstrate curiosity, have a growth mindset and a can-do attitude

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
