As the Customer Development Manager, Regional Grocery, you will have direct P&L responsibility to include sales, trade management, planning and analyzing. Required Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $94,000.00 - $133,000.00 USD

Job Summary
Achieve the KPIs set by VET-CDT for the assigned territory in sales of Hill's Therapeutics products and
BRMO improvement activities.
Collaborate with the PVA to educate veterinarians and veterinary nurses in the assigned territory about the
nutritional superiority of Hills products.
Build and maintain relationships of trust with each clinic, especially with top clinics, as a business partner
through consulting sales.
Understand the company's overall business strategy, follow instructions from the VET-CDT Leadership team,

respond to any issues that arise within the assigned territory. immediately report to the district manager and

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Visit all accounts within the set territory
Develop effective territory routing to ensure all clinics are visited at the required frequency
Develop clear objectives for each account utilising the national activity grid, account analytics and
observations.
Develop plan to meet territory targets in distribution and sales
Work with VHCT in order to establish and implement nutritional protocols
Keep accurate records of plans, objectives and outcomes utilising C4C
Manage spend within given GtN

About your Role - Perth Territory Manager

Forging positive partnerships with our veterinary clinics, pet retail and emerging eCommerce customers; servicing independent, state and national key accounts. You will also seek to grow market share by acquiring new business opportunities.

Following the territory management plan, you will represent the Hill's brand through regular visits, meetings and seminars in order to achieve increased distribution, recommendation and sales, via customer engagement and in person sales calls. About The Role

As a TrainingSpecialist you'll be in charge of the development and execution of the teaching-learning process for the sales force, doctors and staff to facilitate the mastery of knowledge of Filorga products that favors the prescription of Filorga products and the achievement of the brand's sales objectives.

Job Purpose:

Ensure width and depth of distribution of Ƶ Palmolive products in the given zone and implementation of Customer Development strategies so as to achieve the sales and distribution objectives for the zone.

Job Context :

Ensure effective execution of the Customer Development strategies and roll out of schemes by closely working with the stockists, Distributor Sales Representativeand Pilot Sales Representativesacross the zone.

Key Accountabilities:

    • Activities.

    • Any other developments.

4. Data based working and communication:

  • Use data to drive overall business performance.
  • Setting objectives for market visits.
  • Reviewing sales associates and PSR performance against plan.
  • Reviewing stockists performance against plan.

5. Developing and training:

  • Train and develop sales associates through required mode of training (e.g. new products, toothbrush assortment, focus on medical stores i.e. PASSION understanding).
  • Mentor and empower sales associates to perform well by ensuring that CP benefits are availed by SSMs.
  • Acknowledge any issues faced by sales associates in the field and provide support to resolve it.

6. Meetings:

  • Conduct effective monthly and weekly sales associates meetings.

7. Reporting:

  • Compile reports and information as per requirements communicated by AM.

8. Relationship Building:

  • Maintain trust and understanding in working with stockists and trade in general, especially partner with key wholesalers to drive business.
