The Senior Corporate Communications Specialist plays a critical role in shaping and delivering the company's narrative to key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, investors, and employees. What you'll do

Presentation Design & Development:

  • Design and create high-impact, polished presentations for Board of Directors meetings (approximately 6 per year), investor meetings, financial analyst conferences, and other key external and internal events.
  • Collaborate closely with senior executives, including the CEO, CFO, and Investor Relations, to translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Ensure all presentations align with brand standards and effectively convey strategic messages.

Content and Event Management, Employee Meetings:

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $83,200.00 - $117,500.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements.   • Design, embed and enhance the Revenue Growth Management program at ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ Palmolive, South Asean Hub (SAH, covering Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore & Indonesia).

  • Execute multiple Revenue Management projects across numerous RE’s and customers capitalizing opportunities in Pricing, Promo optimization, Trade Terms effectiveness, Mix and Pack/Formats strategy.

  • Define integration of Revenue Management into both annual planning and monthly reporting processes.

  • Improve Category annual planning that embodies the principles of RGM.

  • Ensure Revenue Growth Management reflects the CP Commercial Selling Principles

  • Monitors performance indicators/metrics for data within their span of responsibility and regularly reports status to supervisorÌý
  • Analyze data in the systems to support business functions when requested
  • Support in issues resolution
  • Prepares and generates data quality reports and analysis
  • Plans and executes data cleansing initiatives
  • Participates in related projects
  • Ensures internal control and SOX rules are followed along GDM governance process
  • Develops and maintains Data Management related documentation (procedures, policies, end-user manuals, training materials, etc),
  • Identifies improvement to Data Management governance process, tools or systems and works on their implementation when approved,
  • Participates in audits, cooperates with internal and external auditors providing them required information,
  • Analyzes data in the systems as a part of gap-fit analysis and/or Data Management standardization projects, identifies use of the certain data elements, attributes fields, proposes standardized values and works on their implementation.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor degree minimum
  • Experience with Master Data Tool / Technology
  • Working knowledge of Machine Learning/Automation tools
  • SAP or other ERP tool knowledge
  • 2 plus years of work experience
  • Proficient in Reporting and/or Budgeting

Ìý
Good to Have:

  • Working knowledge of programming languages SQL, Google App scripts.
  • Experience with third-party data i.e., syndicated market data, data anlaysis
  • Working knowledge of consumer packaged goods industry
  • Understanding of ºìÌÒÊÓÆµâ€™s processes, and tools supporting analytics (for internal candidates)
  • Willingness and ability to experiment with new tools and techniques

Desarrollar las actividades asistenciales, preventivas y administrativas requeridas para el funcionamiento del servicio, cumpliendo los estándares de calidad en el servicio, las normas éticas estipuladas en el código internacional de ética para los profesionales de Salud Ocupacional de la International Commission On Occupational Health, y en apego a las Normas oficiales mexicanas y en apego a las Guías de Práctica Clínica vigentes Así mismo deberá cumplir con el código de conducta para los empleados de ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ-Palmolive y sus subsidiarias.

Responsabilidades:

  • Asistir al médico industrial y realizar tareas profesionales de enfermería conforme a la norma 019 SSA3 2013 para los procesos de atención médica y exámenes médicos.
  • Administrar procesos de enfermería general y cuidado del paciente.
  • Gestionar la documentación, incluyendo registros médicos en los sistemas digitales.
  • Control y seguimiento a los documentos IMSS, como incapacidades y formato ÌýST.
  • Registrar incidentes diarios en los archivos correspondientes para mantener información clave del servicio de salud ocupacional.
  • Cumplir con los requisitos regulatorios aplicables para el desempeño a nivel gubernamental.
  • Implementar procedimientos de soporte vital durante emergencias médicas relacionadas con enfermedades y accidentes.
  • Mantener el liderazgo en los programas asignados.
  • Ejecutar actividades dentro de sus competencias para cumplir con los estándares de salud ocupacional de la compañía.
  • Implementar actividades relacionadas con los estándares de calidad de ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ-Palmolive.
  • Control y mantenimiendo de los elementos de curación y medicamentos.
Requisitos:
  • Educación: Enfermería General
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años con competencia en Primeros Auxilios.
  • Experiencia en enfermeria industial
  • Dominio básico del inglés.
  • Competencia en Microsoft Office.
  • Desempeño profesional basado en Guías de Práctica Clínica.

Deseable:

  • Certificación en Soporte Vital Básico para emergencias médicas.
  • Certificación en Soporte Vital en Trauma Internacional para emergencias de trauma.
  • Certificación en la realización de estudios audiométricos acreditados por el Consejo de Acreditación en Conservación Auditiva Ocupacional (CAOCH).
  • Certificación en la realización de pruebas espirométricas acreditadas por el Instituto Nacional para la Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (NIOSH).
