What you will do:

  • To deliver quarterly and annual net sales/margin/profit targets by building, implementing and actively managing a Joint Business Plan, which is based on tailored commercial plans.

  • Work closely and collaboratively within the Tesco CDT as a key contributor and team player, to shape both the overall team strategy and day to day workings, in order to optimise the total Tesco team performance.
  • Work closely and creatively with CP customer marketing and brand managers to identify, develop and implement the appropriate business solutions required to drive the Tesco business forward.Ìý
  • To build strong external networks, in order to enhance customer engagement, gain a broader understanding of Tesco and be the first to identify new business opportunities and challenges
  • To build strong internal networks in order to raise the profile, business focus and support for Tesco. Work collaboratively with the cross functional team to conduct Quarterly Reviews with Senior Directors to update, challenge and reach alignment on business critical topics. Ìý ÌýÌý
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Tesco CAP to accurately forecast volume/sales/investment through effective 5P planning and clear identification of risks and opportunities on a monthly cycle.Ìý
  • Develop, communicate and implement a 3 year Tesco strategy. Construct an engagement plan to execute this strategy, mapping out both internal and external actions required with weekly, monthly and quarterly tracking.

Job Purpose
Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to the Senior Legal Director for Northern Europe & Southern Europe, and all functional areas within the UK and Ireland, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and ºìÌÒÊÓÆµâ€™s policies.

  • Offer legal guidance on employment, supply chain logistics, procurement, data protection, taxation, commercial agreements, intellectual property, regulatory matters, competition, and consumer protection.

Reporting to the SVP Global Packaging, this person will lead the North American Division Packaging team, responsible for our Oral Care, Personal Care, & Home Care packaging teams in the region. This leader has the responsibility to lead the Packaging team to identify, build, develop and set priorities for all packaging projects in the Division, manufactured in our facilities or contract manufacturers.Ìý It includes all bundles for local sales or exported from the region and will work in close collaboration with the local Accelerator team. The responsibilities range from collaboration with business and R&D teams on concept generation, innovation, and new product development to artwork development and execution. In addition, this leader will be responsible for supporting and updating Global Packaging leadership to ensure there is full alignment with the business needs of Division Marketing, Global Marketing, and the Division Supply Chain.

Provide a direct interface with veterinary professionals at the practice level to ensure the highest levels ofÌý veterinary endorsement for Hill’s Pet Nutrition and its brands. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high standards of knowledge in small animal nutrition and Hill’s businessÌý initiatives through training, self study and market evaluation.

Act as the strategic partner of choice in small animal nutrition to specified veterinary customers, through regular practice visits, virtual visits, meetings and seminars.ÌýÌý

Develop regular contact with all Health Care Team members: clinic manager, vets partners, vets employees, vet nurses, receptionists.

Role & Responsibilities
The Innovation Project ÌýManager oversees projects from innovation design to delivery, coordinating the various internal and external contributors. He/She will be responsible for the completion of all assigned product innovation projects within required time frames and budget, meanwhile implement continuous improvement for the product innovation processes.
