The Senior Corporate Communications Specialist plays a critical role in shaping and delivering the company's narrative to key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, investors, and employees. This position is responsible for crafting compelling presentations and impactful live events, including all-employee broadcasts, ensuring clear, engaging, and strategic communication. What you'll do

Presentation Design & Development:

  • Design and create high-impact, polished presentations for Board of Directors meetings (approximately 6 per year), investor meetings, financial analyst conferences, and other key external and internal events.
  • Collaborate closely with senior executives, including the CEO, CFO, and Investor Relations, to translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Ensure all presentations align with brand standards and effectively convey strategic messages.

Content and Event Management, Employee Meetings:

  • Develop engaging and informative content for all-employee broadcasts, including presentations, talking points, and supplementary materials.
  • Lead end-to-end project management, including agenda planning, venue staging, promotion, and post-event assessment (surveys, etc.).
  • Ensure all materials are developed and delivered on schedule.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of communications experience in a consumer-oriented global and/or media organization OR equivalent.
  • Experience developing communication plans that span across strategy, audiences, creative opportunities and measurable KPI’s
  • Proven experience managing and delivering communications end-to-end, incorporating feedback, and effectively overseeing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated fundamental knowledge of company financials.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with maturity and confidence in working with colleagues across all levels of the organization.
  • Video production and script writing experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $83,200.00 - $117,500.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Veterinary Territory Manager

Job Summary

Provide a direct interface with veterinary professionals at the practice level to ensure the highest levels of veterinary endorsement for Hill’s Pet Nutrition and its brands. Communicate persuasively the technical superiority, practical application and commercial benefits of Hill’s products, resulting in increased recommendation in veterinary practices in the assigned region.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high standards of knowledge in small animal nutrition and Hill’s business initiatives through training, self study and market evaluation.

Act as the strategic partner of choice in small animal nutrition to specified veterinary customers, through regular practice visits, virtual visits, meetings and seminars.

Develop regular contact with all Health Care Team members: clinic manager, vets partners, vets employees, vet nurses, receptionists.

Deliver information on Hill’s products and services through excellent written and oral communication / presentation skills (for both; personal and online/virtual delivery)

Deliver professional support (seminars, meetings) to specified practices as necessary to enable achievement by practice of agreed objectives

Implement prescribed marketing activities for Hill’s, to ensure:

- awareness and endorsement by the veterinary profession of Hill’s existing products and services

- rapid acceptance, endorsement and distribution of new and existing products (new launch, new promotion materials, etc.)

- establishment of shelf space at least equivalent to the share of Hill’s products within each clinic

- establishment of merchandising and practice protocols to Hill’s Perfect Clinic standards

Implement, in partnership with vet Customer Development management, annual business development plans for specified veterinary clinics, which realize both the needs of customers and Hill’s overall commercial objectives.

Monitor the achievement of specified accounts objectives and develop, prepare and implement plans for remedial action where necessary

Attend meetings/conferences e.g. Training days, Congress, Local and National meetings, Client Meetings and Practice Open Days

Keep abreast of trends in the veterinary profession and of competitive activity and report on new activity to the center.

Maintain current and accurate records in the Hill’s reporting system

- of all veterinary practices in the territory

Manage and optimize available resources:

Education/ Experience Requirements

Role & Responsibilities
The Innovation Project Manager oversees projects from innovation design to delivery, coordinating the various internal and external contributors. He/She will be responsible for the completion of all assigned product innovation projects within required time frames and budget, meanwhile implement continuous improvement for the product innovation processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Project Management
    • Responsible for the end to end project management of all product innovation projects, including project scoping, planning, progress / gate management, stakeholder management, risk management, budget management & etc.

The Territory Manager is responsible for achievement of sales targets in their region through excellence in execution at the point of sale. They must develop and support the partnership between CP and the customer(s) at the store and regional level by nurturing contacts and negotiation. They provide feedback on the in-store environment which allows rapid revision of Commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Monitoring
  • Build store specific account plans to identify opportunities to drive incremental Net Sales through tracking of KPI’s and analysis of:

  • Micro territory reports

  • Category ranking reports

  • Priority ranking reports

  • Providing shopper and consumer insight to support fact based decision making

  • Management of trade spend to drive incremental Net Sales.

  • Management of promotion efficiency to drive incremental Net Sales

  • Promotional evaluation to maximize ROI

  • Presentation of New Products

  • Building and managing relationships with key players at the store and/or regional level.

  • Conduct regular account performance reviews to review the business, and present opportunities to improve and grow that business.

  • Conducting negotiations as necessary (listings, planograms, displays, promotion execution etc) at store level

  • Coordinating special promotion events in store-value added promotions, pallet ready displays etc…

  • Effective supply chain management:

  • Ensuring optimum stock levels on shelf

  • Ensuring optimum safety stock levels in store

  • Provide analytical support to buyers to ensure stock coverage for key promotions

  • Timely and effective communication of OOS to stores.

Sales Team Involvement
  • Provide feedback to KAM/Operations Manager on customer strategy changes that affect 5P execution.

  • Review store promotion performance to provide fact based challenge to promotion strategy where appropriate.

  • Providing consistent and accurate collection of data to allow monitoring of 5P performance vs. target

  • Working with the Manager to review Merchandiser itineraries (location, frequency, duration vs. plan) and roles to ensure optimal deployment of limited resource according to customer and business needs

  • Monitoring competitive activity at store level, recording and consolidating key activities, and identifying competitive best practices and discussing with BDM so that they can proactively respond with strategic/tactical refinements.

  • Working with logistics to plan, analyze, and forecast customer needs, to follow up on orders to ensure on time and complete delivery, and to prioritize customer requirements when product is unavailable

Administration:
  • Utlising communication tools effectively – UMPC

  • Checking invoices & credits are valid and accurate before sending for processing.

  • Attend weekly WIPs with Key Account Managers - sharing and collecting market information

  • Co-ordinating Merchandiser call cycles to provide:

  • Appropriate resource to support key stores and ad hoc promotion displays.

  • Monitoring of hours worked in target stores within budget

  • Weekly sign off of Merchandiser hours

  • Maintain an updated Account Profile of key customer details

  • Manual lifting is a requirement of the role.

In-Store Compliance
  • Monitoring and checking in store promotion compliance to price, display, position, POS etc…

  • Understanding the strategic business purpose of in-store promotions and activities and ensuring that these activities (e.g., displays, POP, pricing, space/plannogram) are in compliance with plans and are successfully executed.

  • Resolving and/or helping to resolve operational issues at store e.g. credit disputes.

What role will you play as a member of Ƶ's Analytics team?

This role involves developing predictive models, simulations, and optimizations to address business challenges, leveraging Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for scalable solutions.

It requires managing Pricing and Promotion, Marketing Mix, and Forecasting studies from inception to completion, and presenting clear insights to business teams.
