Job Purpose:

We are looking for someone to help keep us organised!

This role supports the Hill’s ANZ General Manager, as well as the broader leadership team with general coordination of day to day activities, calendars, meetings, travel & administration. Ideally, you’re a highly organised individual who takes pride in their ability to be proactive and independent. You are a great communicator & look for opportunities to streamline, improve & help wherever you can. Internally, you can build networks throughout the business to ensure that everything is running smoothly, and you are confident communicating externally when required. You have a “can do” attitude, and respect confidentiality. A high level of communication is required, as well as a proactive & logical approach to situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Manage the ANZ General Manager’s calendar, including internal/external meeting arrangement, and coordinate all domestic and international travel and accommodation for the GM and Leadership Team.

Office & Event Management: Own the regional and global annual meeting calendar, coordinate office social events (including End-of-Year celebrations), and arrange catering and logistics for corporate offsite meetings and global visitor trips.

Financial & Systems Administration: Act as the go-to champion for corporate expense and PO/Vendor Management (Ariba) systems, ensuring efficient invoice actioning and cross-functional contract flow. You also manage central communication groups through Google Suite.

Organisational Logistics: Facilitate smooth new hire onboarding (welcome kits, access, IT setup, onboarding etc) and manage key internal programs, including employee benefits coordination and HR awards/acknowledgements.

An Ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience as an office administrator, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant highly regarded

  • Experience with the google suite of products highly regarded

  • Proficient in speaking English

Title:Privacy Operations Governance Analyst



Role Summary/Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Privacy Operations Assistant to support our privacy team. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative and monitoring tasks related to privacy activities, learn about privacy regulations and principles, and contribute to ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities

  1. Privacy Tech Tool Administration:

    • Utilize tools like platform and to manage and optimize our privacy operations effectively.

    • Maintain privacy modules including but not limited to data subject requests (DSRs), consent management, data mapping, and privacy impact assessments (PIAs).

    • Regularly update and configure privacy management tools to reflect changes in privacy laws and company policies.

    • Train and support team members on the functionalities and best practices of using privacy tech tools.

  2. Privacy Knowledge:

    • Stay updated with the latest privacy laws, regulations, industry standards, and best practices, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other relevant privacy legislation such as US state laws (good to have)

    • Support audits and assessments to ensure the organization’s compliance with global privacy regulations.

  3. Privacy by Design Principles:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, legal, and product development, to support production requests

    • Support with privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) to identify and mitigate privacy risks in new projects and initiatives.

  4. Issue Troubleshooting:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for privacy-related queries and issues from users, providing timely and accurate support.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues promptly, minimizing disruption to business operations.

    • Coordinate with vendors, IT, and other internal teams to resolve technical issues related to privacy tools and systems.

    • Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  5. Certifications (Good to Have):

    • Possession of relevant certifications such as Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), or similar will be considered a strong advantage.

    • Continuous education in privacy tools and privacy best practices is highly encouraged, including participation in training sessions, workshops, and conferences

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a privacy-related role (good to have)

  • Proven experience with privacy tech tools such as , OneTrust, TrustArc, or similar platforms (good to have)

Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :

Global Data Management as a function has the objective to achieve one version of data in core business systems and applications, enabling correct transactional processes and analytics, resulting in use of the information as the asset valued for the Company.

Data in scope of the function include reference data, master data, content, analytic data, social data, big data, their definitions, governance processes, metrics, lifecycle and technology.

Scope of the data management depends on the current Company’s strategy and what is assessed and considered as key priority to achieve desired business outcome.

Purpose & Accountabilities :

The Global Data Management (GDM) Analyst position supports business functions by providing master data expertise and managing the master data governance and maintenance processes. Providing support and liaison with the business and the Global GDM Team with related projects and issue resolution of queries. Identify and implement improvements resulting in increased operational and business efficiency.

Responsibilities :

  • Validate and ensure that all master data is accurate, complete and fully approved during the life cycle, in accordance to external and internal standards. Release/Reject requests and provide feedback on decision

  • Monitor data processes to ensure compliance with process cycle times and related performance measures and KPIs,

  • Monitors performance indicators/metrics for data within their span of responsibility and regularly reports status to supervisor

  • Analyze data in the systems to support business functions when requested

  • Support in issues resolution

  • Prepares and generates data quality reports and analysis

  • Plans and executes data cleansing initiatives

  • Participates in related projects

  • Ensures internal control and SOX rules are followed along GDM governance process

  • Develops and maintains Data Management related documentation (procedures, policies, end-user manuals, training materials, etc),

  • Identifies improvement to Data Management governance process, tools or systems and works on their implementation when approved,

  • Participates in audits, cooperates with internal and external auditors providing them required information,

  • Analyzes data in the systems as a part of gap-fit analysis and/or Data Management standardization projects, identifies use of the certain data elements, attributes fields, proposes standardized values and works on their implementation.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree minimum

  • Experience with Master Data Tool / Technology

  • Working knowledge of Machine Learning/Automation tools

  • SAP or other ERP tool knowledge

  • 2 plus years of work experience

  • Proficient in Reporting and/or Budgeting

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Working knowledge of programming languages SQL, Google App scripts.

  • Experience with third-party data i.e., syndicated market data, data anlaysis

  • Working knowledge of consumer packaged goods industry

  • Understanding of Ƶ’s processes, and tools supporting analytics (for internal candidates)

  • Willingness and ability to experiment with new tools and techniques
