The Global Ethics & Compliance Manager is a critical leader in ensuring our ethical culture and business integrity remain strong. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of our global investigations program, strengthen our organizational justice, and provide proactive insights to mitigate future risks

  • Understanding of Ƶ’s Code of Conduct and the policies and practices that support the Code while ensuring a consistent investigations program and strategy is utilized for all investigations across the organization

  • Oversee the review of allegations and complaints of employee misconduct, leading investigations to determine if the allegations have been substantiated, providing confidential reports on investigations with recommendations on punitive and restorative actions for any substantiated misconduct, and maintenance of the case management system and other analytical databases

  • Managing our global investigators program which includes recruiting, training, assigning, coaching & assessing a global pool of 100+ investigators

  • Handle the investigation data and trend analysis, root cause solutioning, and identifying best practices so that long-term solutions can be developed and applied

  • Conduct analysis on data from the case management system to identify areas of risk, reporting trends, opportunities for continuous improvement, etc. (This information is used for the development of the quarterly and year-end reports that go to the Audit Committee, CEO, Chairman and President and members of senior staff)

  • Analyze and recommend improvements to investigative processes, case tracking, data and reporting, and techniques in a scalable, consistent way

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or Legal

  • Extremely high sense of integrity, impartiality, and fairness and make fact-based decisions unimpeded by bias

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills vital to explain complex and/or confidential information and communicate with all levels of management on proprietary information

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $120,000.00 - $168,500.00 USD

The successful candidate will support the creation, delivery and measurement of various corporate communications, focusing on storytelling, customer experience and on-time project delivery. The role regularly collaborates across the division team to ideate and execute projects to meet communications goals. As a part of the Hill's global communications team, this role will also have an indirect but important connection with Hill’s parent company, Ƶ-Palmolive's corporate communication team.

What Will You Do?

Internal Communications:

  • Collaborate with the Hill’s corporate communications team in creating and delivering innovative communication campaigns and projects - including brainstorming, routes for delivery, user experience, messages/design to support the project goals.

  • Assist in creating email, newsletters, digital signage, presentation materials, printed materials, toolkits, intranet pages, and more.

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement communications projects (employee resource groups, recruitment, onboarding and employer branding).

  • Contribute to event planning of quarterly town halls and other large corporate events.

External Communications:

Job Summary
The Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant is responsible for management of the Office for both Hill's
and Ƶ-Palmolive companies including a wide range of services to assure efficient operation,

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

administration and meetings/events coordination)
▪ Management and maintenance of office location and facilities
▪ Monitor and maintain inventory of regular operating materials (stationery, refreshments)
▪ Work with and coordinate external providers (cleaning services, hygienic materials for
office needs, building maintenance, plants care, couriers, mobile phones, audits, catering
services, parking, electricity costs, insurance, firestop and workplace inspections, etc.)
▪ Implement and coordinate OHS procedure and training requirements
▪ Coordinate car fleet needs
▪ Create purchase orders in accordance with assigned budget and ensure invoices are paidin time
▪ Travel management (maintenance of Concur system, participation on calls for Travel
coordinators, offline bookings, hotel and taxi recommendations and invitation letter
preparation, payment cards orders etc.)
▪ Support HR department with onboarding / offboarding of employees, training and events

Providing support and liaise with the business and the Global GDM Team with related projects and issue resolution of queries.Identify and implement improvements resulting in increased operational and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and ensure that all master data is accurate, complete and fully approved during the life cycle, in accordance to external and internal standards. Release/Reject requests and provide feedback on decision

  • Monitor data processes to ensure compliance with process cycle times and related performance measures and KPIs,

  • Monitors performance indicators/metrics for data within their span of responsibility and regularly reports status to supervisor

  • Analyze data in the systems to support business functions when requested

  • Support in issues resolution

  • Prepares and generates data quality reports and analysis

  • Plans and executes data cleansing initiatives

  • Participates in related projects

  • Ensures internal control and SOX rules are followed along GDM governance process

  • Develops and maintains Data Management related documentation (procedures, policies, end-user manuals, training materials, etc),

  • Identifies improvement to Data Management governance process, tools or systems and works on their implementation when approved,

  • Participates in audits, cooperates with internal and external auditors providing them required information,

  • Analyzes data in the systems as a part of gap-fit analysis and/or Data Management standardization projects, identifies use of the certain data elements, attributes fields, proposes standardized values and works on their implementation.

Key Relationships:

  • End-users of GDM solutions from subsidiaries within the functional scope of responsibility

  • Business functions representatives from all levels of organization being involved directly in GDM governance processes or being impacted by GDM

  • Global GDM Domain Leaders and other regional GDM team members

  • Other CBS Centers

  • Project Teams

  • Global IT Organization

  • Other stakeholders required to solve master data issue or master data related conflict

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor degree minimum

  • Experience with Master Data Tool / Technology

  • Working knowledge of Machine Learning/Automation tools

  • SAP or other ERP tool knowledge

  • 2 plus years of work experience

  • Proficient in Reporting and/or Budgeting

Good to Have:

  • Working knowledge of programming languages SQL, Google App scripts.

  • Experience with third-party data i.e., syndicated market data, Point of Sales, etc.

  • Working knowledge of consumer packaged goods industry

  • Understanding of Ƶ’s processes, and tools supporting analytics (for internal candidates)

  • Willingness and ability to experiment with new tools and techniques

  • Good facilitation and project management skills

  • Ability to maintain personal composure and tactfully handle difficult situations.
