Role Summary/Purpose

Own day-to-day warehouse operations in the Boksburg plant, ensuring accurate inventory, smooth inbound/outbound flows, and high service levels to our customers. Lead warehouse resources, optimize capacity, drive 5S and EOHS practices, and continuously improve processes to reduce cost and increase reliability. Reporting to the Senior Logistics and Inventory Manager within Customer Service & Logistics, steward stock integrity, manage MHE, and uphold strict KPI targets including Case Fill and On-Time Delivery. Provide leadership pivotal to coordinating stock movements, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining quality and safety standards across the network.

Responsibilities:

  • Run daily warehouse operations and relationships with 3PLs: resolve stock discrepancies between plant and warehouses (WMS), manage inbound/outbound flows, ensure CHEP pallet availability, maintain housekeeping and MHE readiness, and swiftly resolve issues to avoid operational impact.

  • Lead warehouse resource and performance management: oversee capacity/utilization, supervise warehouse and admin staff (including temporary staffing), conduct weekly 5S audits, manage pallet hire, MHE utilization, scorecards/KPIs, and address security issues.

  • Coordinate replenishment and transfers: manage daily shuttles to main warehouses, plan depot transfers, prioritize urgent stock to mother warehouse/backhaul/toll packers, improve vehicle utilization and turnaround time, and oversee staff sales stock transfers.

  • Safeguard inventory integrity: perform daily factory-to-WMS reconciliations, reconcile reworks, own cycle counts and monthly stock counts/variance investigations, reconcile CHEP pallets/portal updates, manage quarantines with accurate batch records, and reconcile staff sales.

  • Uphold Quality and EOHS standards: maintain highest safety standards, conduct daily/weekly/monthly audits (including temperature logging), complete daily MHE inspections, drive continuous improvement, and ensure all training requirements are met.

  • Manage stock-on-hold and disposals: move QI stock to 3PLs, coordinate releases with the Technical team, segregate EMO/rejected stock, reconcile daily batch releases, and ensure safe disposal of rejected/written-off stock including trade returns; achieve service KPIs such as Case Fill 97%, On-Time Delivery 98%, POD within 14 days, and 2-hour turnaround time.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Operations Management.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG logistics environments covering warehouse operations, inventory control, customer service management, and stock control.

  • Strong systems proficiency: SAP WMS (Materials Management, Sales & Distribution), Google Workspace, WMS interfacing, and Lotus Notes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven communication skills; collaborative team player; resilient under pressure; decisive problem-solver with strong customer orientation and analytical ability; self-motivated and assertive.

Overview

The Sr. Manager, Supply Planning role is responsible for synchronizing demand and supply around certain product categories or specified SKU portfolios. Job Summary

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for managing the transport equipment in order to execute finished goods deployment, materials and pallets from all Ƶ facilities (Manufacturing and Contract Manufacturing) and in between distribution centers. Who will work closely with cross functional supply chain partners and with the SC Integration Team to maximize the delivery across the distribution network. Is responsible for executing a replenishment strategy that balances service and working capital.

Responsibilities:

  1. BUSINESS CONTINUITY

    • Execution of DC target stock level strategy – Validates synchronization between R3 and SNP ensuring data integrity to drive accurate calculation of Safety Stocks and able to Promise Logic in APO.

    • Pallet supply: Guarantee the correct supply of each Dc and plant of pallets

    • Safety & quality standards: Responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards by measuring carrier performance. Monitoring of Near Misses and executing corrective and preventive action plans. In charge of guarantee 100% operators are in compliance with courses required by the plant.

  2. OPERATIONAL

    • Manage inventory shortage communication – Communicates all pertinent inventory availability issues to the commercial organization and Supply Chain. Acts as a contact point between the commercial organization and Supply Chain.

    • Network Balancing – Analytical skills and functional knowledge to identify, resolve and prevent unplanned inventory deployment exceptions such as, but not limited to, production shortages, necessary stock redistribution, forecast changes/fluctuations, and transportation interruptions, direct shipments from central warehouses to large wholesalers.

    • Master Data Analytics – Maintain APO master data, transportation lanes, and movement type settings to drive lowest cost automated replenishment strategy. Updates lead times (Goods Issue/Goods Receipt, Transit, and QI) in APO/SNP on quarterly basis using appropriate data base.

    • Exception Management - Conducts bi-weekly “Root Cause” analysis and identifies corrective actions that may be taken to avoid unnecessary future cuts.

  3. CONTROL COST

SC Customer Collaboration Sr Analyst

Are you ready to influence and lead the end-to-end supply chain collaboration process for our key customers? As the Supply Chain Customer Collaboration Senior Analyst, you will be a vital partner to the commercial team, driving service metric improvements and executing strategic supply chain solutions to support growth and volume opportunities. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and cross-functional teams, leveraging your robust analytical and leadership skills to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve best-in-class service. Main Responsibilities:

Manage the retail environment forecast and demand plan & KPI’s

  • Provide and maintain the internal forecast and demand plan by leveraging internal and customer data (Order projections,POS, inventory levels, lead times, EOQ, etc) to make the right decisions to support the short and long term commercial plans
  • Work cross-functionally to provide insightful data to support the customer and Ƶ strategic KPIs (Demand plan accuracy, inventory levels, in-stock metrics, case fill, on-time, truck utilization, logistics deductions, etc.)
  • Leads all strategic forecasting conversations and provides proactive communication around supply and demand challenges to our cross-functional partners.
  • Leverages all customer order and inventory data to create the best demand plan with a 12-month rolling horizon
  • Maintain, manage and influence the demand plan for the retail environment, providing long term planning strategies
  • Collaborates with our CBS team (Order to Invoice, SNP and Logistics), Transportation, Warehousing and several other functions to ensure excellent order fulfillment

Coordinates and supports the execution and tactical cross-functional meetings to deliver customer results

  • Builds strong relationships with our customers and maximizes the data to facilitate information sharing and continuous improvement
  • Leads all customer facing communication, including but not limited to supply risks, potential disruptions and continuous improvement projects and initiatives to support customer and consumer needs.
  • Ensures learning’s are captured throughout analysis and leverages lessons learned from prior initiatives to optimize results
  • Supports new item transitions, in/outs, promotional vehicles and item changes to ensure there’s minimal to no slow moving-obsolete inventory, and no impacts to in-stock
  • Is responsible for ensuring correct master data and understanding and compliance of vendor programs.

Cross-functional project leadership

  • Works with cross-functional partners and provides retailer specific needs to ensure projects are on track and meeting customer and Ƶ needs.
  • Leads and develops the team by providing guidance and facilitating learning opportunities and coaching to best support the retail environment and Ƶ.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles including replenishment, ordering, and customer service functions.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $94,000.00 - $133,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
