The Director Network Operations - Innovation is responsible for strategic and operational leadership of the company's supply chain operations, focusing on optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of current operations and the integration of new technology and new business opportunities.   • Manage inventory shortage communication – Communicates all pertinent inventory availability issues to the commercial organization and Supply Chain. Acts as a contact point between the commercial organization and Supply Chain.

  • Network Balancing – analytical skills and functional knowledge to identify, resolve and prevent unplanned inventory deployment exceptions such as, but not limited to, production shortages, necessary stock redistribution, forecast changes/fluctuations, and transportation interruptions, direct shipments from central warehouses to large wholesalers.

  • Meet budgetary goals – meet or exceed targets including truck load weight, unplanned warehouse to warehouse movements as well as other FTG savings. Incorporates and executes “Best Practice” replenishment processes to contribute to maximizing customer service, minimizing cost and optimizing inventory

  • Exception Management - Conducts weekly “Root Cause” analysis and identifies corrective actions that may be taken to avoid unnecessary future cuts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Objective:

The Warehousing coordinator is responsible to ensure the logistics operation running effectively. Notre équipe d’ADV export recherche un(e) Gestionnaire ADV Export en CDI.
Rattaché(é) à la responsable du service ADV Export, et en lien principalement avec l’équipe Commerciale export, les directeurs de filiale et les équipes internes supply chain, comptabilité, et affaires réglementaires, vos principales missions sont:

  • La réception et le traitement des commandes en provenance d’un portefeuille de clients grand export,
  • Gestion du stock et suivi des réapprovisionnements,
  • Suivi des expéditions et gestion des litiges éventuels,
  • Suivre les relations avec les transporteurs,
  • Edition des factures et documents d'exportation selon les exigences pays,
  • Suivi documentaire export et classement des dossiers avec les preuves fiscales,
  • Facturation sur la base des tarifs et conditions de paiements agréés,
  • Mise à jour des fiches clients et des tarifs,
  • Suivi des tableaux de bord internes,
  • Suivi des réclamations,
  • Suivi et envoi des allocations de matériel promotionnel accordé aux clients,
  • Le suivi des prévisions de vente dans l’outil de gestion de prévisions,
  • L’assistanat export (administratif + commercial).


PROFIL

  • Formation bac+2 minimum, avec une première expérience dans la gestion des commandes grand export. Connaissance de SAP- finance (partie pricing), et le module SD order to cash,
  • Une bonne pratique de l’Anglais est indispensable,
  • Autonome et flexible, capacité d’adaptation, aisance relationnelle et une rigueur absolue,
  • Dynamique avec une forte volonté d'apprendre et une envie de travailler en équipe,
  • Goût pour les chiffres et capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique,

El puesto de Operations Analyst es clave para coordinar y optimizar procesos logísticos como la documentación de viajes, la distribución de producto terminado, la validación y control de inventarios, y la gestión de materiales en planta. Responsabilidades:

  • Documentar y organizar viajes de transporte (intracompany, exportación, maquilas y pipas).

  • Validar y controlar inventarios mediante sistemas como SAP HANA y YMS, así como investigar discrepancias.
  • Gestionar la recepción, almacenamiento, devolución y surtido de materiales, asegurando la correcta captura y archivo de documentos.
  • Monitorear equipos, instalaciones y cumplimiento de procedimientos de calidad, seguridad y capacitación operativa.
  • Dar seguimiento a KPIs logísticos y administrativos clave del área.

  • Colaborar con otras áreas para el análisis y mejora continua de procesos logísticos.

What you will do

  • Supervise and responsible for receiving process of finished goods, premium, POP materials from all Focus Factories, Contract Manufacturing and Import finished goods to ensure employees follow system strictly.
  • Supervise and responsible for all shipping operation to ensure that all finished goods are shipped out at the right time, right place, right quantities with goods qualities.
  • Supervise In-house Co-Packing operations to ensure productivity, safety, quality of products meet company standard and delivered as planned.
  • Effectively coordinate & communicate with the operation counterpart to meet customer demand and Commercial targets (Production, Marketing, Customer Development, Customer Service, Finance, Suppliers, Carrier etc.).
  • Manage Inventory (Get FIT) and synchronizing Production & Shipment to ensure NDC utilization is not hit 90% and causes congestion. Including coordinate with Plant OTL to update situation and align forward action to ensure production run smoothly.
  • Manage to transfer slow moving Finished goods to overflow warehouse to resolve warehouse congestion. Also manage to move back by maintaining FIFO concept.
  • Lead Physical Inventory Counting for Cycle Count to complete every 45 days and Wall to Wall Count to achieve target > 99.99%.
  • Manages the people, shipments and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) by active presence on the shopfloor to achieve the daily shipment schedule and deliver area KPI's.
  • Ensures the development of people, teams, and organizational capabilities by way of training, information sharing, coaching, feedback, delegation, and performance management.
  • Tracks and analyzes financial variances associated with materials, finished products including labor cost and operating supplies.
  • Accountable for adhering to Ƶ-Palmolive standards and governmental regulations related to area of responsibilityEnsures compliance with facility policies and procedures, e.g., crewing, shift rotation, vacation scheduling, etc., to meet business needs and comply with the law.
  • Applies appropriate Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions when above policies and procedures are violated.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related field.
  • 2 Years of Warehousing and Logistics experience.
  • Skill for supervision and Fundamental of Distribution & Warehousing.
  • Able to work in shifts rotation.
  • Good English communication skills both writing and speaking.
  • Good negotiation & problem-solving skills.
  • Drive cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives at the plant to support Funding the Growth initiative.
  • Participate in driving the employee engagement strategy to maintain positive employee relations
  • Proficient in using Google tools is preferable. Other computer skills i.e., SAP.
