Minimum Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Master's in an HR-related discipline, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or any business-related discipline, or an MBA with a demonstrated interest in a long-term HR career.
• Intended graduation date between April - June 2027.

Rotation 2: Customer Development (Sales & Account Management)

You'll build partnerships with our biggest customers, ensuring our products are available and visible to shoppers. You will:

• Become a commercial strategist within a dynamic team that works directly with one of the UK's top retailers.

• Build collaborative relationships with our retail partners, helping to develop and optimize joint business plans.

• Work cross-functionally with Brand, Category, and Shopper teams to create customer-centric growth strategies.

• Analyse commercial data, manage investment invoicing, and master the financial side of sales.

• Partner with our field sales team to ensure our products and promotions are executed perfectly in stores maximising visibility and sales.

• Are in your final year of study or have recently graduated (expecting or achieved a 2:1 or above).

Objetivo Principal do Cargo

CoordenarÌýeÌýExecutarÌýanálises microbiológicas de produtos de higiene bucal/oral na fase de desenvolvimento.ÌýParticiparÌýdos programas de Qualidade e EHS (Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente) do Departamento. Prestar suporte aos analistas em todas as análises microbiológicas de produtos acabados e matérias-primas.

Principais Funções do Cargo

• Executar testes de contaminação microbiológica em matérias-primas, produtos em processo (WIP), fórmulas de amostras, produtos concorrentes e IDENTIFICAÇÃO de microrganismos.

• Realizar amostragem e testes de água, ar ambiente, ar comprimido eÌýswabsÌý(³¦´Ç³Ù´Ç²Ô±ð³Ù±ð²õ/±ð²õ´Ú°ù±ð²µ²¹Ã§´Ç²õ) em superfícies.

• Inserir os resultados no sistema da empresa.

• ConduzirÌýinvestigação laboratorial quando designado(a).

• ParticiparÌýde revisões de documentos de microbiologia.

• Dar suporteÌýà Cadeia de Suprimentos (Supply Chain) para garantir que a documentação dos equipamentos esteja atualizada.

• ParticiparÌýdo teste de robustez microbiológica e na execução da validação de métodos.

• ParticiparÌýde treinamentos técnicos, da área, de segurança, entre outros.

• ParticiparÌýdos programas de qualidade, Qualidade, FTG, EHS e Sustentabilidade.
