We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Federal Tax individual who will work on tax accounting for domestic and foreign entities, federal tax compliance, consolidation and special projects. You will work with the tax and finance teams to ensure seamless, timely, efficient, and accurate tax reporting and compliance. The Senior Analyst must have knowledge of tax reporting under ASC 740 as well as domestic tax compliance experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Tax Accounting
    • Support with review of quarterly effective tax rates and current and deferred income tax provision for key overseas subsidiaries
    • Review quarterly effective tax rates and prepare current and deferred tax provision utilizing tax softwareÌý
    • Analyze and explain significant variances in tax provision calculations
    • Perform balance sheet test for deferred tax balances fo select domestic entitiesÌý
    • Analyze and document transactions recorded in tax payable accounts
    • Assist with the preparation of the annual tax footnote disclosureÌý
    • Assist with research under ASC 740 and effectively communicate conclusions
  • Federal Tax Compliance
    • Prepare quarterly estimates, tax return calculations, and tax forms for select domestic entities utilizing tax software including analyzing return to accrual variances
    • Support with US tax calculations such as BEAT, FDII and the R&D creditÌý
    • Support with intercompany eliminations for the consolidated tax return filing
    • Assist with research on federal tax issues
    • Provide support on special tax projects, as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in tax accounting and tax compliance
  • Knowledge of tax reporting under ASC 740 and domestic tax law
  • Must demonstrate proficient use of tax software and have good excel skillsÌý
  • Readiness to travel 10%, as needed

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $94,000.00 - $133,000.00 USD

A Finance Intern is responsible for managing accounts payable, GR/IR reviews, invoicing, PO monitoring, and aging reports. They assist with month-end tasks, including reconciliations, accruals, and reclasses. Objective:

As ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ Palmolive’s Category Finance, you will maintain the organization’s budget and database for tracking, analyzing and reporting the Profit and Loss Statement, and ensuring alignment with company strategies and financial objectives. •Ìý Business Collaboration – Partnering with Supply Chain and Operations team to provide financial analysis and insights. Providing adequate visibility of business results and insights to Leadership team.

•Ìý Advertising Management Ìý– Championing advertising investment management across all brands, to assure effective investment strategies.

Requirements:

• Business Degree in Accounting/Finance / Business Administration

The Plant Senior Finance Analyst position exists to provide financial expertise and support for the Plant Strategic Leadership Team, Plant Controller and Corporate Supply Chain Finance while helping to ensure adequate governance and controls at the plant level.ÌýÌý

The Clinton plant was acquired by Hill’s in late 2022 and has been integrating into the Hill’s network since that time. The site is transitioning to SAP in January 2026 and will be on the same ERP platform as the rest of Hill’s at that time. The Sr. Finance Analyst will play a critical role in activities including standardizing processes and SAP modules to support plant operations, finance activities and transactional workflows working collaboratively with plant-based partners, Global IT, Shared Service Center, Supply Chain and Division Finance teams.Ìý

The Sr. Finance Analyst is an instrumental consultant to the business and will also provide support for certain tasks to the other acquired plants (Orangeburg, SC and Washington Court House, OH).

What you'll do

  • Financial Closing & Reporting:ÌýLead and execute all phases of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closes, including journal entries, accruals, detailed variance analysis (P&L, spending), and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
  • Inventory & Fixed Asset Management:ÌýOversee all aspects of inventory (Raw, Pack, FG, spares) and Fixed Asset accounting, reporting, reconciliation, capitalization, retirement, and physical count processes.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting:ÌýActively participate in developing and coordinating Budget, Latest Estimate (LE), and Mid-Range Estimate (MRE) forecasts for both P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Cost Control & Savings Leadership:ÌýLead the plant's cost savings (FTG) program, driving ideation, project financial evaluation, and analyzing production order results to reduce material losses.
  • Process Improvement and Integration:ÌýDrive continuous improvement (CI) projects for simplification and efficiency across financial and operational processes, including leading integration work streams for newly acquired sites.

Salary Range $ - $ USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
