The HR LEAD Development Program is a premier 2-year rotational program designed to develop future leaders within the HR function at Ƶ-Palmolive. We are hiring for 10-Week Summer Associates, which is a pipeline to joining the full-time HR LEAD Program. As a Summer Associate, you will gain hands-on experience through impactful projects in various HR domains such as Total Rewards, Business HR Partnership for one of our Global Functions or Global Divisions, Global People Development, Global Employee Relations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Global HR Solutions, Global Learning, and Global People Analytics to name a few.

10-Week Summer Associate Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in strategic projects that have a real impact on our global HR function.

  • Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to drive project deliverables.

  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and contribute to the development of HR initiatives.

  • Craft innovative people solutions that drive impact to the organization.

  • Engage in professional development activities to enhance and upskill your business, leadership, and HR competencies.

Upon completion of the 10-Week 2026 Summer Associate Program and your Masters or MBA, you may progress to joining the Full-Time HR LEAD Development Program which will begin Summer/Fall of 2027. This 24-Month Rotational Program will expose you to what is required to be ready for next roles after the program. Roles after the program may involve: Developing incentive programs, advising the business as a Business HR Partner, developing talent and development programs for the Global Enterprise.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Master's in an HR-related discipline, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or any business-related discipline, or an MBA with a demonstrated interest in a long-term HR career.
  • Intended graduation date between April - June 2027.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate setting, including team collaboration and leadership interaction.
  • If extended a full-time offer to rejoin and start the HR LEAD Development Program upon graduation, you must have a willingness to be geographically mobile within the US for the 3 rotations (24 months in total with one rotation in one of our manufacturing plants) and for the final placement upon completion of the program.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Job Summary:

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter(on contract for 12 months)

Job Summary (purpose):



The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a recruiting professional responsible for the successful and end-to-end management of the hiring process. Provides

strategic, design, and consultative services to Business Leaders / HR Business Partners and supports its primary customers including hiring managers,

candidates/applicants and employees through TA-related activities thus ensuring a positive TA experience !!

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end TA process and ensuring outstanding candidate experience

  • Serving as the primary customer interface, maintain relations/communications with Hiring Managers and active candidates

  • Conduct intake meetings to confirm the desired profile and develop a sourcing strategy for open position

  • Conduct resume review and phone screens for all candidates and build diverse candidate slate for Hiring Manager

  • Aggregate evaluation feedback through data integration meetings for the final hiring decision with hiring manager and conduct offer negotiations with

  • candidates and align on the estimated start date.

  • Work with third-party staffing agencies as required



Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • We need at least 3+ years of related recruiting experience with demonstrable track record to source, attract and select candidates in an engaging and

  • persuasive manner

  • We need experience in sourcing and qualifying candidates with a wide variety of skills

In this Talent Acquisition role, you will be a part of our high-performing global TA team and will partner with Ƶ’s Supply Chain function to understand their talent strategy and hiring priorities in order to provide proactive recruiting support, requisition management and TA advice. You will be a true talent advisor, guiding and influencing your hiring teams through the end-to-end process, while ensuring a unique experience for your external candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for Supply Chain and Manufacturing from strategic intake through flawless offer delivery, exceeding expectations at every stage

  • Conduct detailed intake conversations with hiring managers and develop strategic sourcing strategies to attract passive talent

  • Work collaboratively with HR and functional leaders to understand their talent needs.

  • Collaborate with the constant improvement of the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience through process optimization, new solutions and technology.

  • Communicate measurable success metrics and business trends to the right audience.

  • Use industry-leading tools (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, Talent Neuron) to stay on the cutting edge of talent market trends and drive innovative sourcing.

  • Participate in annual TA project work and technology reviews and implementations

  • Deploy creative techniques to attract top talent for roles demanding unique skills, diversity, and speed-to-hire - ensuring our talent pipelines are rich and future-ready.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience within a global company and/or agency environment

  • Manufacturing or supply chain recruitment experience

  • Demonstrated sourcing experience and expertise resulting in talent pipeline development

  • Proven experience developing and maintaining relationships with candidates while assessing their profiles against role requirements

  • Prior experience with TA-specific technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HiredScore, SuccessFactors ATS, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Talent Acquisition experience within the Consumer Products/Goods industry

  • Experience in engaging and managing the performance of third-party search firms

  • Knowledge of best recruitment practices, employment and hiring laws

  • Ability to understand and analyze recruitment funnel data

  • Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment

  • Prior experience recruiting for R&D, Quality, Packaging, or Supply Chain functions

  • Prior experience recruiting for North America

This is a 6+ month contract with the possibility of extension up to 1 year.


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
